How We Work

From the first useful question to something people use.

We start with the problem, not a predetermined technology. Each stage is useful on its own, and the first stage can tell you not to build.

01

Understand the work

Usually 1–2 weeks

We spend time with the people doing the work, map the current process, and identify the real constraint rather than relying on a tidy brief.

02

Decide what is worth changing

Usually 1–2 weeks

We turn the evidence into a focused recommendation: what to keep, what to connect, what to build, and what not to pursue yet.

03

Build the first useful release

Agreed fixed price

We design, build, test, and hand over a usable first version against real cases, with the right controls and ownership in place.

Then it is up to you. The first three stages are a fixed price, agreed before we start. The code is yours from the first day, so your team can run it in-house or ask us to stay on.

We scope to your problem, not to the last client’s budget. The recommendation should make the next decision clearer, whether that means building, integrating, or stopping.

Start with an assessment

Advice before automation.

We recommend what your operation actually needs—not technology for its own sake. Sometimes that is AI; sometimes it is a workflow, integration, report, or small internal tool.

Book a focused conversation or send us the context first. Both routes start with the work as it is.
